Acts of Kindness: The Unseen Rewards

A painter was hired to paint a boat. While doing the job, he noticed a hole in the boat and repaired it. After completing the painting, he presented his bill to the boat owner and went home. 

Two days later, the boat owner called him again and gave him a substantial check. When the painter inquired, the owner explained that the next day, his children took the boat out to the sea without his knowledge. When they returned, and he saw that there was still a hole in the boat, he was very upset.

But in the evening, when he saw his children coming back happily and smiling, he was filled with amazement. He told the painter that this money was not a payment for his services but a token of his gratitude. In his view, it was an expression of love for the painter.

In your life, there will be many small deeds that may not benefit you directly. However, keep doing them, for kindness is never wasted. It can save someone's life, and it can become a source of happiness for someone. Positive thinking and positive actions lead to success.

If you do good anonymously and help someone in their difficult times, believe that Allah will surely help you, even when you least expect it, and He will grant you what you can't even imagine in your thoughts and assumptions.
